Sixty minutes of one person's full attention on your actual life, with the one rule of this site in force: he will ask, and he will not tell you what your life is for. Not therapy. Not a script. If your situation calls for a clinician, he says so in the first ten minutes and helps you find one.
One hour, one person, your life as it actually is. He asks questions in Frankl's manner — what is being asked of you, what you are avoiding, what cannot be changed and what can — and listens. You leave with something written in your own words, usually one sentence and one action. Nothing is recorded.
Not psychotherapy, not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a program you sign up to. Counseling and education in Frankl's broad sense, by a man who is not a licensed clinician and says so. What a logotherapist does, and does not.
Online, by video, from Thailand — or in person if you are in Thailand. Hours are Thai time (ICT, UTC+7): mornings and evenings most days. Right now it is — in Thailand.
A limited number each month, so the reply may say "next month".
The fee is agreed before the hour, when he replies; it is not a sales call. If money is the reason you would not write, write anyway and say so. In English; Thai with help.
They go to him, not to a form-reader. He replies himself, usually within two days. Nothing here is stored on this site.
Prefer email? hello@logotherapist.com — the same three lines.
An hour next week is not help for tonight. Talk to a person now: in Thailand call 1323 (24 hours); elsewhere, your local emergency number or crisis line. He will still be here afterward.
